1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using RupeeDT ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.
3. Services
RupeeDT provides a peer-facilitated exchange service for buying and selling USDT (Tether) using Indian Rupees (INR). All transactions are fulfilled manually by our team. We do not operate as a bank, financial institution, or regulated exchange. Rates are set by us and may change at any time without prior notice.
4. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details. You may not share your account with any other person.
5. Transactions & Orders
All orders are subject to manual review and fulfilment by our team. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or delay any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect payment details, or network issues. Once a buy order payment is confirmed by us, it is considered final. For sell orders, USDT is deducted from your platform balance upon order placement.
6. Deposits & Withdrawals
USDT deposits must be made via the TRC-20 (Tron) network only. We are not responsible for funds sent on any other network. Deposit credits are subject to on-chain confirmation and manual verification by our team. We reserve the right to hold or delay credits pending verification. Minimum transaction amounts apply as stated on the Platform.
7. Fees & Rates
Our revenue is derived from the spread between buy and sell rates. There are no hidden transaction fees. However, rates are subject to change at any time. The rate shown at the time of order placement is the rate that applies to that order.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or fraud. You may not attempt to manipulate exchange rates, create multiple accounts, or use automated tools to interact with the Platform. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
9. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The value of USDT, while designed to be stable, may fluctuate. You acknowledge that you understand the risks involved in cryptocurrency transactions and that you are trading at your own risk. RupeeDT is not responsible for any losses arising from market movements, network failures, or third-party wallet issues.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
Buy orders may be cancelled by the user before payment is made. Sell orders may be cancelled by submitting a cancellation request, which is subject to approval by our team. Approved cancellations for sell orders will result in a refund to your platform balance or external wallet, as determined at the time of approval. We do not guarantee refunds for completed or partially processed orders.
11. Rewards Programme
Participation in the RupeeDT rewards programme is at our discretion. Tier upgrades are subject to manual approval. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards programme at any time without prior notice. Rewards are not transferable and have no cash value outside the Platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RupeeDT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of funds, loss of profits, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the last transaction processed on your account.
13. Privacy
We collect and process your personal data as necessary to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or inactivity. Upon termination, any pending orders will be cancelled and eligible balances returned subject to verification.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
